QUIET RIOT The Legendary XL 1552/3

Japan: 1984 – Guitar God Randy Rhoads’ accidental death in March of 1982 created a strong demand for any music the guitarist was involved in, especially in Japan. Quiet Riot’s first two albums were only released in Japan and “have yet to see any sort of release outside Japan due to the wishes of the Rhoads family”.

Discs play at 45 RPM.

Source: Stated as recorded at the Starwood in L.A. on 9 October 1979. The list compiled on the following Facebook page shows no such date until later in the month:

A video from the 26 October ’79 performance exists and this might very well be the soundtrack pressed on vinyl.

I had this 2LP set about 20 years ago.
What surprised me, is that its a 12″ record, cut/recorded at 45RPM. 😉

Is there any way to email you directly as opposed to posting publicly on this blog?
I looked for a link, but could not find one.
        Excuse the off topic message.
