ZAP 7875: PAUL McCARTNEY & WINGS Light As A Feather / WINGS OVER AMERICA LANDING GEAR DOWN :ZAP 7876 / 9mm AUTOMATIC :ZAP 7878

Collecting an audience recording from the Capital Centre Landover, MD., May 15 1976, spread over these three LPs.

Side 1: Venus And Mars/ Rock Show/ Jet/ Let Me Roll It/ Spirits Of Ancient Egypt
Side 2: Medicine Jar/ Maybe I’m Amazed/ Call Me Back Again/ Lady Madonna/ The Long And Winding Road

Side 1: Live And Let Die / Picasso’s Last Words / Richard Corey / Bluebird / I’ve Just Seen A Face / Blackbird / Yesterday (22:10)
Side 2: You Gave Me The Answer / My Love / Listen To What The Man Said / Let ‘Em In / Silly Love Songs (26:30)

Side 1: Tracks from Melbourne, Myer Music Bowl – November 13th 1975, mislabeled as coming from the Sydney show:  Venus And Mars/ Rock Show/ Jet/ Let Me Roll It/ Maybe I’m Amazed/ I’ve Just Seen A Face/ Blackbird/ Yesterday/ Listen To What The Man Said

Side 2: Band On The Run / Beware My Love / Hi Hi Hi / Letting Go / Soily (Landover, MD – May 15 ’76)

This is a hard title to list right and find a good cover image for. Web listings often leave out all the tracks on side 2 – I don’t know either how they managed to fit 9 on one side but the LP definitely has 14 individual songs on it – and/or just copy the wrong location & date given for side 1.

****

This gives us all songs that were performed at the first of two Landover shows except “Time To Hide”.

The Japanese bootleg CD “The Great Lost Takal Master” containing an alternative recording of the May 15th concert (with “Time To Hide” but missing three others included on the LPs) pays homage to TAKRL/TKRWM releases in its cover design (“TAKAL” being the Asian pronunciation of TAKRL):
